Justin Bieber has found his way back into headlines, although this time he’s making waves due to his poor financial decisions, not his illustrious singing career.

Jake Skorheim and Spike O’Neill, co-hosts of “The Jake and Spike Show” on KIRO Newsradio, spoke about the new “TMZ Investigates: What Happened to Justin Bieber” documentary released on Hulu.

“What happened? Here’s the heartbreaking tragedy this Justin Bieber, with his multiple homes, dozens of cars. Hottest wife on the planet,” Spike said cheekily.

People question Justin Bieber’s literacy

“He’s a wealthy guy,” Jake responded. “He’s made a lot of money. He’s made like $200 million, but there have been some questions on whether or not he is financially literate. People have been questioning it because of some choices he’s been making recently, like selling his music catalog.”

Jake also thinks that Bieber could be taking advantage of the moment by selling his work, following other artists who’ve taken the same route and seen substantial profits.

“He might also just be capitalizing on a moment where he says, ‘Hey, it’s a hot commodity right now. I can sell it. Everybody is doing it,'” he said.
