Her identical twin sons, Patrick and Kirby McDermott, both play George Washington in the upcoming Netflix documentary "The American Experiment," premiering Wednesday, June 24th.
Patrick booked the role and shot the first chunk in Fort Ticonderoga. When the director called him back for three more days, Patrick had a conflict… so he sent his identical twin, Kirby. The director took one look and said, "I can't tell you two apart. You got the job."
