Seattle Police Department (SPD) Officers rescued a woman after she plunged her car off a roof in West Seattle.
According to the SPD Blotter, an 85-year-old woman from Kirkland drove her Toyota off a garage roof in the Fauntleroy neighborhood Friday morning.
Officers responded to the 10800 block of Arroyo Beach Place Southwest just before 4:30 a.m. for a report of a car crash. Police said it appeared the woman accidentally accelerated forward from her parking stall, causing her car to go over the ledge and land on top of an unoccupied parked car.
