Sunday evening, Tacoma Police officers arrested Shaun Rose, a man accused of violently murdering a couple in Olalla, Washington.

Police located Rose at a Tacoma gas station around 8:00 p.m., having been chased by sheriff’s deputies through Mason County, according to the department.

Deputies spotted Rose driving a white Buick but lost the suspect after a pursuit. Police say Rose stole another vehicle, making his way to Tacoma before his ultimate arrest.

Kitsap County Sheriff’s deputies booked Rose into county jail Sunday evening on a no-bail felony murder arrest warrant.

He stands accused of murdering Steven and Mina Shultz. Their daughter reported the couple missing to police after arriving at their home, seeing evidence of forced entry and blood in the residence.
