Phone records confirm that Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon spent hours on his government-issue cellphone, talking to his girlfriend during the business day.

Phone records confirm that the Snohomish County Executive spent hours on his government-issue cellphone, talking to his girlfriend during the business day.

It’s hard to tell by looking at Aaron Reardon’s cell phone records because many calls come in as “blocked” or “private.”

But The Herald sat down with Tami Dutton, the woman who claims she had a two-year affair with Reardon. Her phone records show more than 50 phone calls between her and Reardon. Some of the calls last more than an hour and one goes on for two hours and ten minutes on a Friday afternoon last July.

They add up to more than eleven hours of phone conversations between Reardon and Dutton from January to July of last year. The Herald reports that most of the cell phone calls happened on week days during business hours. The records don’t indicate who initiated each phone call.

The State Patrol is investigating Reardon for possible misuse of public funds and Reardon has declined to speak publicly about the allegations against him.
