High-end coffee shops, tech-savviness, and concentration of cultural offerings all put Seattle on the top 10 list of snobbiest cities in the country.

A survey by Travel and Leisure magazine has Seattle tied for fifth with Santa Fe, New Mexico as the snobbiest in the nation.

“It can be easy to feel hopelessly out of step,” says T&L.

Santa Fe is fifth on the list for its museums, galleries, and boutiques. The magazine notes that the city ranked near the bottom for its sports bars.

The survey ranks 35 metro areas based on multiple factors like the amount of trendy food trucks and good-looking people, and how aloof or smart residents act.

San Francisco topped the list, followed by New York and Boston.
