Popular Seattle restaurant Von’s 1000Spirits has opened its latest location in Kirkland.

The popular food spot, known for its $7.99 scratch martinis and sourdough pasta and pizza kitchen, launched its latest venture last month and had a ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier this July. This is the third location for the eatery, which has locations in both Seattle and Woodinville. The Seattle branch has been around for more than 35 years.

“Our mission has always been simple — to dust the daily living off souls,” owner Merrisa Claridge said in a statement. “We believe in craft, care, and a little bit of magic. Kirkland feels like the perfect next chapter for us.”

Von’s 1000Spirits is located at 115 Park Lane in Kirkland and is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 11-12 a.m. Friday-Saturday. Read our recent interview with Claridge here.
