Police Pulled a Man Out of a Macy's Ceiling in Vancouver
Kim Kapp, public information officer with the Vancouver Police Department, joins The Jake & Spike Show to walk through one of the wildest calls her department has handled — a shirtless man found walking around in the ceiling of the Macy's at Vancouver Mall.
It took nearly two hours, a ladder, a mattress pulled from the home goods section, and a lot of patience. He kept trying to climb back up. He was charged with second-degree burglary and mischief. Nobody knows how he got up there or why.
And yes, Jake points out — at least he was in the right store if he needed a shirt, a mattress, or a fresh start.
