Kirkland Police arrested one suspect but are still looking for his accomplice in an Oct. 12 home invasion robbery and assault.

Detectives are seeking information that could lead them to Vincent Vinny Sisounong. They believe he was involved in the robbery and assault in the Kingsgate neighborhood of Kirkland.

According to police, Sisoung and Blessing T. Gainey entered the home in the 13700 block of Northeast 133rd Street shortly after 6 a.m. and grabbed the homeowner from his bed.

Police say the suspect then took the homeowner to the basement and attacked him with an “edged weapon” while his family slept.

Gainey was arrested without incident in Burien on Oct. 24. He’s being held on an outstanding and unrelated warrant. Charges for the home invasion are pending.

Police believe Sisounong may be armed and you’re encouraged to call 911 if you see him.
If you have any information Kirkland Police ask that you call their department tip line at 425-587-3515.
