Cold Case: Did the Green River Killer Really Kill Kelly McGinness?
Kelly McGinness was 18 when she went missing in 1983. Her remains have never been found, and she is presumed dead. Jim Fuda of Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound says Gary Ridgway, the Green River Killer, claimed responsibility, but investigators have questioned the confession.
