WA Man Charged in Deadly BC School Shooting

Federal prosecutors say a WA man could have stopped a school shooting in British Columbia. Instead, they say he provided money, advice, and agreed to live-stream it. James Cody Bryant was arrested this morning. Six people were killed, including five children.
