James Lynch was at the Let's Go Washington election night headquarters in Redmond.
It's a mixed bag for initiative supporters tonight. Two of the three initiatives are trailing after the first dump of numbers. The one leading, just slightly, is I-638, the ban on transgender students in girls sports.
