It’s hard to believe who is using your Facebook data

The message I got from Mark Zuckerberg’s Q&A Tuesday was Facebook does not control you, you control Facebook.

RELATED: At least the nation has 162 clean minds

You can find out who is using your data to target you just by clicking on the little down arrow in the upper right corner.

So I did. And I got a list of 287 names! Including Barack Obama, Donald J. Trump, Oklahomans For Energy Options, The New England Regional Council of Carpenters, and Iggy Azalea the Australian rapper.

I had no idea! I never gave permission to any of those people or organization. As one Senator said, “your user agreement sucks.”

But Zuckerberg said Facebook is now a changed company. He’s even changed the company mantra. It used to be move fast and break things.

“But the mantra is currently move fast with stable infrastructure.”

It is boring. And if you still don’t trust Facebook, you are free to turn off data sharing, delete the apps, and even delete all your data.

“Yes, senator, if you delete your account we should get rid of all your information,” Zuckerberg said.

“You should or you do?” one senator asked.

“We do. We do,” Zuckerberg corrected himself.

Yeah! And then you can cover your windows with aluminum foil, and wear Groucho glasses when you go out.

Just try to find me now, Iggy Azalea!

When does a protest cross the line? I can answer that. When it devolves into violence, obviously it crosses a line.

Ross: Are we killing car culture? Or is car culture killing the US?

I don’t think the question is whether we're going to "kill" our car culture. The real question is can we stop our car culture from killing the U.S.?

drivers data insurance...

Ross: As cars release driving data to insurance, is your driving my business?

Every move you make, every swerve you take, every lane change you fake – someone’s watching you. Do drivers have a right to keep driving data private?
