$22.14 Minimum Wage Is Crushing Seattle Restaurants

Seattle's minimum wage is rising to $22.14 an hour on January 1st, and Anthony Anton, CEO of the Washington Hospitality Association, tells John Curley the restaurant industry simply can't absorb another round of increases. He predicts about 9% of the state's total restaurants could close in 2027.
