Intruder stabbed to death in struggle with residents of North Bend home

An intruder who was stabbed to death early Monday at a North Bend home is apparently the same man who robbed a woman in the house Sunday, but King County sheriff's investigators don't know who he is, why the house was targeted or why he came back.

The King County sheriff's office says residents were awakened about 2 a.m. Monday by a barking dog. A man and wife, baby, and mother-in-law were inside.
