Six people are in custody after police raided a Shoreline home Thursday, seizing guns, explosives, drugs and stolen property.

The King County Sheriff’s Office says the stolen property was worth around $100,000.

Among the stolen items found at the house in the 1300 block of N. 169th Street were cars, electronics, musical instruments and sporting goods.

A King County bomb squad was brought in because a pipe bomb and blasting caps were discovered. The bomb squad exploded the pipe bomb at the scene as a precaution.

Sheriff’s deputies previously raided the home in August 2012, finding weapons and drugs. Neighbors tell KIRO Radio’s Brandi Kruse the house has been a source of problems for years.
