Supreme Court Candidate Won't Define "Property"
Judge Ian Birk is running for the Washington State Supreme Court and is the first candidate in Charlie Harger's interview series to decline to define "property," saying a judge shouldn't preview positions on issues that could come before the court, even when the audience wants an answer.
