New Roundabout Means Big Delays North of Deception Pass
Getting on and off Whidbey Island from the north is about to get a lot harder. WSDOT is replacing the three-way intersection at Campbell Lake Road—about four miles north of Deception Pass—with a new roundabout. The $3 million project will also re-channelize Tibbles Creek to improve habitat for native fish.
