Starting Monday at 6 a.m., WSDOT will activate temporary traffic signals on SR 20 at Campbell Lake Road, about four miles north of Deception Pass. That means 19 straight days of one-lane alternating traffic, 24 hours a day, running right through the start of Labor Day Weekend on Friday, September 4.
